We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of shipping. If you don't like any product email me at sales@buddipole.com and we will tell you how to return it. It's that simple. We will refund the purchase price provided we receive the product undamaged and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is non-refundable. No returns will be accepted without prior approval via email from W3FF Antennas.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been processed. You will be notified in the event any item in your order is no longer available, or on back order. If on back order, you will be given the option to cancel the order at any time.
